Film-Ocean chooses Caledonia Competence for Competence Management Scheme support services
ROV inspection and intervention services contractor, Film-Ocean, has awarded a contract to Caledonia Competence for the development and ongoing support of its Competence Management Scheme. The contract award includes the use of Caledonia Competence’s ATTAIN Competence Portal for all Competence Inductions and online assessments for Film-Ocean’s offshore workforce. It also includes the training of Film-Ocean management and supervisory personnel as Competence Assessors.
Commenting on the award, Caledonia Competence’s Managing Director, Gavin Smith said “We are always pleased to gain the opportunity to share our Competence Assurance expertise with companies looking for this type of support. We are delighted to be working closely with the Film-Ocean team during the development and implementation phases of this project. We are particularly looking forward to supporting the Film-Ocean Assessors and Candidates throughout the assessment process via our ATTAIN system.”
