We recently asked one of our clients for feedback on how we performed during a Competence Management System (CMS) project.

“Caledonia Competence have been providing ongoing support for our Competence Management System. The support started with the review of our existing documentation including our Competence Standards. This was followed by the delivery of Assessor Training which was well received by the attendees. This was then complemented by a Refresher Assessor e-Learning module which was straightforward to complete and very useful. Lastly, the Candidate Induction e-learning and the actual assessments were implemented using the Caledonia Competence Portal, ATTAIN.
We have held regular calls with the Caledonia Competence team to check on our progress and even during the height of the pandemic, we were able to keep the momentum going using video conferences between the Operations and HR teams and Caledonia Competence.
Gavin and his team are clearly focused on establishing strong working relationships with their clients. Their experience of working with companies who have the same competence related challenges as us has also been invaluable.”
